As an attorney who has been practicing in the family law area for more than thirty years, I have experience in complex financial matters and in high conflict parenting matters. I have well established working relationships with othoer collaborative attorneys, financial porfessionals, child specialists, and mental helath professionals who can help to achieve a successful outcome. I am a partner in the law firm of Olver Korts LLP. I am a frequent speaker on collaborative law and family law, both to professionals and to the public. I am th Vice President of the Collaborative Law Association of the Rochester Area, Inc. and serve on its Board of Directors and as the chairperson of the Protocols/Membership Committee.
