Diana Deyo Ryan has been a matrimonial and family law attorney for nineteen years,and a Collaborative Attorney since 2001. She is a partner with the law firm of Kaman, Berlove, Marafioti, Jacobstein and Goldman, LLP. She has been named in Best Lawyers in America and New York’s Top Lawyers since 2009, and Best Lawyers in Rochester since 2011. She is published in the Collaborative publication “Understanding Collaborative Family Law.” She has also participated as a trainer and lecturer in numerous Family Law and Collaborative trainings, and serves as a Board Member for the Collaborative Law Association of the Rochester Area. Ms. Ryan uses a client centered approach to help divorcing and separating couples resolve their issues in the best possible way, with dignity. She focuses her practice on Collaborative Law, Mediation, Settlement Advocacy, and Pre-Nuptial Agreements. All issues of child custody, asset division, and support are addressed.
